I've been selling Real Estate in the Las Vegas area since 2004. I rode the market wave up, then rode it down to unbelievable lows during the market crash. I'm still here, having learned a lot, and thriving once again!

I tell my clients that the best way to get through a purchase or sale is to stay loose and flexible. There is usually a bump in the road (or more than one) during any real estate transaction. Each step is a potential new negotiation, or change in terms. If you stay committed to the outcome and somewhat flexible things will usually work themselves out.
